How It All Started

Our Founder Manuel Reyna-Allende PhD. graduated from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in the Summer of 1976. After his graduation and upon finishing his research at NASA, he returned to his hometown Veracruz, Ver. Mexico.

Soon after his return, he opened the first Computer Learning Center (Centro de Education Continua e Investigación CECI) and started teaching Engineering and Computer courses such as: Fortan, Basic, AutoCad, Prolog, Structural Analysis, Seismic Design.

He also taught computer courses for kids such as LOGO (first computer programming language to teach computer science fundamentals).

Even though Professor Reyna's passion was Civil Engineering, he also grew a deep passion for computers which pushed him to create his own computer brand "CC".
